I, the undersigned, hereby grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to KLOKi Radio, a non-commercial, public-interest radio and/or streaming broadcast service, to use and transmit the copyrighted audio identified below for the sole purpose of inclusion in public streams/broadcasts.

This authorization is granted under the following terms:

• Purpose: The use of the audio is strictly limited to broadcasts that serves the public interest. No commercial advertising or sponsorships are associated with the station or its content.
• Non-Commercial Use: The radio station does not generate revenue from any form of commercial activity, advertising, or sponsorship, and the use of the audio shall not be for profit.
• Scope of Use: The audio may be used and edited (if needed for tranmission quality), and transmitted by the station through traditional radio, Bluetooth broadcasting, online streaming, and/or archive/podcast formats, provided such use aligns with the public service and non-commercial purposes described above.
• Term: This release is granted in perpetuity unless revoked in writing by the copyright holder, with reasonable notice given to the station.
• Attribution: The station will provide appropriate credit to the copyright holder, where applicable and feasible, unless otherwise requested.

By submitting this form, I hereby represent and warrant that I possess the legal authority to grant the rights necessary for the use of the material described herein, or that I am duly authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder. I further acknowlege that a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided to verify this submission. The copyright release shall not be deemed effective unless and until the verification link contained in that email has been duly activated.
